Shipping

Air-Con International offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 to the 48 contiguous states. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska & other international destinations. For orders under $50, regular shipping rates apply.

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Order confirmation will be emailed once the order has been processed. Shipping time will vary by carrier - can take up to 12 days to arrive.

Delivery

Delivery is fulfilled by Freight or standard ground shipping. Curbside delivery is provided and signature is required.

•Before signing your order, please check that the shipment has all items and is free of any damages.

•If significant damages are present on the shipment, you are encouraged to reject the shipment. Notify Air-Con of the rejected shipment and we will ship you a new order as soon as possible.

•If unsure if the damages warrant rejection, please note on the BOL (Bill of Lading) damages when signing for the unit.

•Inspect the inside of the cartons for any damages during transit. If there are any damages to your order, please also contact Air-Con with the description and pictures of the damages to help resolve any issues.

Returns

Call 954-771-1415 or Email orders@airconint.com to start the process of your return. Please include your order number, product serial number and any details we should know about the shipment.

Our customer service representative will generate a return shipping label and provide any additional information you need to complete the process.
